Located in pristine Port Royal, this exclusive boutique resort consists of 6- two-story beach front cabanas set in a lush and tropical landscape. These unique cabanas measure approx. 400 – 440 ft and are fitted with a large, beautifully appointed modern, tropical bathroom, and have been extensively remodeled in 2011 including new roofs. The floors are hardwood and tile throughout.

Additionally, on the property there is an employee apartment, and a dive shop building housing the dive equipment, workshop, compressors, generators, fuel, fill station, bathroom, shower, rinse tanks and covered dive staging areas. There is a very nice owner’s apartment upstairs from the dive shop with an attached private office and expansive covered deck.

The main pavilion is located right on the waterfront and has the dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, a small apartment and a large lounge area.

There is on-site satellite Internet with wireless access in the cabanas and throughout the resort. The entire resort is wired for 110v a/c. All path lighting is 110v.

There are two docks, both over 130′ long, and a large thatched roof bar over the water on the dock. There is a water well, and Port Royal creek flows through the eastern end of the property, and is spring fed. There is a safe docking for 3 boats in bad weather in the deep waterfront, enclosed, protected boat parking surrounded by mangrove next to the dive shop.

The property is fenced on three sides and is surveyed. Behind the property to the north is the National Reserve with the three tallest mountains on all of Roatan.
